Dear Shareholders, I am extremely proud to take over the responsibility as the Managing Director of IBN Herbals (A Unit of Curetech Formulation). It is wonderful to see the contribution of our colleagues over the years in building such a robust foundation and a sustainable, value-adding business model. I consider it my privilege to take over from my predecessor. I am excited to continue the good work and to lead such an accomplished team of people.
We have a legacy to grow here – a legacy of 12 years of helping millions of Indians live healthier, better lives. We have consistently led with innovative medicines and been first-to-market in several key therapies, giving us a distinct edge as a market leader. Pranay Singla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of South Carolina and gained industry experience as a Regulatory Affairs Associate Intern at Nephron Pharmaceuticals, USA.
