Manufacturing is the foundation of IBN Herbals (a unit of curetech formulations). Our facility at Khasra No. 63, Village Juddi Kalan, Baddi, District Solan (H.P.) produces tablet and capsule formulations under WHO-GMP conditions, with capacity for both contract clients and our own marketed range.

Baddi is India’s pharmaceutical manufacturing heartland, and within it we have built a facility defined not by size alone but by discipline: documented processes, trained personnel, and batch-wise traceability from raw material receipt to final dispatch.

The Manufacturing Process

Raw Material Inspection

Incoming materials are quarantined, sampled, and tested against specifications before release to production.

Dispensing & Processing

Materials are dispensed by trained personnel under supervision, with double verification of weights and identities.

In-Process Quality Checks

Critical parameters are monitored and recorded at defined stages of every batch.

Coating, Filling & Packaging

Dedicated lines with line-clearance procedures preventing mix-ups.

Finished Product Testing & Release

No batch ships until Quality Control testing is complete and Quality Assurance formally releases it.

Self-Inspection Culture

As stipulated under Schedule M of the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the firm carries out self-inspection from time to time to ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices requirements are continuously complied with — not just at audit time.
