Overview
At IBN, quality is not a department — it is the operating system of the entire company. Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions operate as independent verticals within the plant organization, with the authority to test, hold, and release every single batch. No product leaves our facility without formal QA release.

The Scope of Quality
- Raw material control - Every active ingredient, excipient, and packaging material is tested and approved against written specifications before use.
- In-process assurance - QA-approved procedures govern every manufacturing step; in-process checks catch deviations while they can still be corrected.
- Finished product testing & release — Our experienced QA and QC teams ensure every batch undergoes rigorous testing before dispatch — identity, assay, dissolution, and stability-indicating parameters as applicable.
- Documentation & traceability - Complete batch manufacturing records allow any product in the market to be traced back through every process step and raw material lot.
- Self-inspection - Periodic internal audits, as required under Schedule M, keep our GMP compliance continuous rather than episodic.
